      对于这样一块珍贵的土地，骏豪地产集团坚持建筑规划的社会责任，坚持中国文化的传承。集团选择了国际设计大师马岩松先生担纲建筑设计。经过与他多轮思想上的碰撞，最终达成一致，将在朝阳公园对面，打造一座有着高山流水之势的东方绿色建筑。它将成为中国古老的自然哲学思想在当代城市中的演绎。在极端现代主义建筑泛滥的中央商务区，骏豪地产集团和马岩松希望通过骏豪·中央公园广场项目将中国传统的生机勃勃的山水文化注入到新的城市实践。骏豪与马岩松都不希望该项目如周边的方盒子塔楼一样，成为公园与城市的“界”，而是要成为自然向城市的延伸，把公园的自然元素引入建筑群内部，借湖光山色，以高层写字楼为峰、独栋为坡、精品办公为脊、住宅为峦，结合古典山水的湖、泉、林、溪、谷、石、峰等丹青为要素于一体，勾勒出一幅负有未来色彩的城市山水画卷。
